Possibe retreat place

yep i visited a place today!

Now for those of you who hang out at CWC I went and visited a possible retreat place for next year's retreat in last weekend April/first weekend May.
What do you think?
The Country place
cost is no more than $350 and minumum numbers would be 30...The place looks fantastic and the food amazing, I saw lunch whilst there...and was also served morning tea...yummo! accomodation was also great! Website doesn't do the place justice which is a pity!

On a positive note

no more negative notes for today....had enough crap in the last week! luckily nothing scrapping related!

so been scrapping a bit...charm at chat with charm challenged us with 10 days of march to go to do 10 ch's!

so i have done 6 now, and have started another 2 last night...should be able to finish them tonight...leaving me 2 to go...hopefully thursday arvo ( i have kinder duty in the morning DOH)...here's the latest 3 all based on sketches from around the place!

yep most of you will already know that I resigned from the DT over at BONSSCRAPS about 2 weeks ago...or was it a week, i think it was only a week ago...geez time flies!a myriad of reasons...but the short story is Bon really wasn't into the shop/forum anymore and there wasn't anything for the DT to do...so now I am foot loose and fancy free...and not on a DT (but if you would like to offer me a DT spot go ahead...make my day)...and hanging out at the FAB new forum CHAT WITH CHARM

NO shop advertising...just scrappers (not scrubbers LOL) hanging out chatting...about challenges etc...and it's great...now I can chat AGAIN with OLD friends and make new ones too!

And ALL the ch sites are there too! i can't believe how many ch sites there are that i hadn't heard of!!!

had to take inspiration from the Indigo Girls song Closer to Fine

then a LO for Out of the Hat where the criteria was

• Use twine
• Use a number in your title
• Make your own Journaling spot (use stamps etc)

oh shite i just realised I didn't stick my twine down....does hessian count??? will have to fix tomorrow! LOL
