not much to report

just the usual happening here

bit of scrapping, work, swimming, visiting friends, generally enjoying the holidays and no running around everyday...and loving the fact that isobel is always playing with kids from our street...I barely see her! haha

STUCK! sketches - 1st Jan...of course I had to change it a bit, not too much actually!



and did this today for COLOR COMBOS GALORE FOR CH #177. love how it turned out!

ok well going to be a scorcher for us tomorrow...40! so i will probably be scrapping tomorrow as well! don't have ANY ch's left to do:(

lovely weekend with family

right....so what's news? not much...had a massive weekend. So quite tired this week already!


























Went with Nath's family on a picnic at Montalto winery...gorgeous setting...3 course meal, linen table cloth, full laid table...picnic rugs, wine (only one glass for me)....gorgeous day. and isobel took this last one....pretty good isn't it...no direction from me!













Scrapping wise...I've done a bit...can't show you some of them until next month...



this was for Bon's Colour Ch for the Jan CC...purple, white, cream and black...plus butterflies, and a pic with no face.


this is for the DT ch at BONSSCRAPS and I used the TCR #42 colour combo...not my colours usually...but do like how this turned out:)



Have also done my CT sample for Feb WW1....shhhh here's sneak...


I'm changing my blog a bit atm...I'm getting soooo frustrated with the fomatting....aaagrrrggghhhhh!!!!!

so hopefully I will have a bit of luck soon...sorry for the pics not lining up with the words!

Scrap Night

went to Bon's for a scrap night last night....had a great night with Leonie and Raquel who came all the way from Geelong, Mel, Kerry, and of course BON!














Was a bit slow in the scrapping area...I was doing the STUCK! sketch for 15 January...but just couldn't get into it...I don't do a lot of portrait pics...

but quite happy with it in the end...even if it did take me 2 hours (and the paint was already dry when I got there!).
























Then I whipped up this for Scrap the Girls January Ch...criteria was summer moment!
using the new flocked range from MME available at BONSSCRAPS.
Originally the girls at the scrap night set me the ch of not using paint...but I just couldn't do it LOL!

a few challenges

found a bit of time to scrap lately...but hoping for a lot more this weekend...

so first up...JANUARY POTM @ Bons....I didn't think I would use this side of the PP....the other side is spotty...soooo me...but I decided to give it a go...


then i had a go at 123 Challenge...criteria was
purple (not in love with that colour), the word beautiful and punches...




and now this for KIU January...love this! bit different to what I normally do...but still lots of me in it...criteria was summer in the title...and kraft of course!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

we spent NYE on the beach watching the fire works with the kids at Myola, near Callala Bay at Jervis Bay. and then played 500 till it chimed midnight.

Had a fantastic trip away...here's a pic, still haven't had the time to get to the rest of the 160 pics from the 6 days away!.... but we had a great time, beach, great weather, great company...and all in all a lovely time.

been having a play with actions in PS thanks to the very talented SM MASTER Tara Scobie who has also been playing around with actions.

Even managed a bit of scrapping...

right...been at work today...so need to veg! you do know I'm pregnant with no. 3 don't you...so very very tired! 12.5 weeks...scan tomorrow! wish me luck...hope all is ok with bub...I hate this scan...i get very very very worried...no doubt I will be dry retching and feeling terrible all day tomorrow!
